- Evening Primrose seeds contain the essential fatty acids (EFA) gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, which are Omega-6 fatty acids. These EFAs have been found to improve cardiovascular health, improve utilization of insulin and regulating of moods.

Preparation and dosage:
Seeds need to be ground. In a cup add 1 teaspoon of ground seeds, pour boiling water, brew covered for about 15-20 minutes, strain it and drink it 2-3 times a day.
The ground evening primose seeds can also be added to dishes, eg. favorite yogurt, salad, muesli, cheese or sauce.
