St. John's wort was used for the first time in Greece for various nervous disorders. St. John's wort also may have antibacterial, antioxidant, and antiviral properties. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, it has been applied to the skin with wounds and burns.

Preparation and dosage:
In a cup add 1-2 teaspoons, pour boiling water, brew covered for about 3-5 minutes, strain it and drink it
