To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

If the item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will offer partial refunds. Also, if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery, a partial refund may be granted.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive the returned item and inspect it. We will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be returned.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $20, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
