Welcome to our shipping policy! We want to make sure that you have a smooth and seamless shopping experience with us, which is why we've outlined our policies for shipping and delivery.

First off, please note that we will usually ship your order within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. From there, it can take anywhere from 2-7 days for your parcel to reach you. While we strive to be efficient with our shipping process, please keep in mind that there may be some external factors that could delay your shipment beyond our control.

In the event that your parcel is not delivered or is delayed due to factors beyond our control, we kindly ask that you work with us to resolve the issue. This means checking with your local post office to see if there are any issues with the delivery and doing your best to obtain the parcel before demanding a refund.

Please also note that we are not responsible for any customs tax incurred for orders shipped outside of the USA. Additionally, unclaimed orders that are returned to us will be subject to a $10 fee for return charges.
